Your help is wanted
As a Colorado Health Service Corps member, you choose a practice site that fits your clinical interests. Some sites are urban and others are rural. All share a commitment to high quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic team environment. You are committed for three years, longer if you choose, but we hope your commitment lasts a lifetime.
For a listing of pre-approved sites, please reference the CHSC All Sites List.
Because site applications are accepted year-round, newly added sites or other eligible entities that have not yet completed the site application process may not be included in this list. For further details, please contact the Primary Care Office at 303-692-2466.

New Developments and Expansion Announement Notice from the Primary Care Office
The Primary Care Office is excited to find a great variety of health care professionals interested in loan repayment and serving Colorado’s medically underserved. As administrators of the Colorado Health Service Corps, Colorado’s State Loan Repayment Program, the Primary Care Office has received many inquiries about the potential expansion of site types and provider disciplines eligible for loan repayment through our programs. Recently, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the federal administrators of the program, opted to allow each state loan repayment program to expand eligibility; however, this change is permissive rather than prescriptive. In order to accurately assess the unmet workforce needs across our state, we must first devise state-level policies and procedures that would allow us to determine whether there is a current shortage or acute need in these expanded categories. This process will take time, but please know that the Primary Care Office is committed to reaching as many communities and providers as possible with our workforce initiatives, including the Colorado Health Service Corps. Please check back here for further updates on possible program expansion.
